Hello, I am Cristina Solis, a Mexican national passionate about personal growth and human development.
My personal drive and family values have given me the opportunity to become a successful professional. At first, it began with a passion for results, however with time I experienced the valuable journey of personal growth.
I learned how the results in achieving my goals and my personal growth absolutely support each other, because every goal I am up to, requires me to do some personal work to be effective–the self-work required by the game.
Doing my personal work, I gain a broader perspective from where I feel more empowered and free to envision higher desires. That is how I realized that my personal work is the key to success, as my goals evolve as I grow.
I love the feeling of enthusiasm, of things accomplished with love and purpose, as part of the journey for something I desire.

I also help organizations pursue and deliver their business goals with the support of collaborative working relationships that are driven by both, the Company’s and Employee’s goals, by incorporating individual coaching, group training, facilitation and consultancy.
My coaching effectiveness benefits from my corporate multinational experience in local, regional and global roles.
During that time, I had the opportunity to work with teams and individuals from North America, South America, Africa, Europe and Asia, across functions, primarily in the field of Operations and Human Resources.
